Mission / Values

Throughout my years in education, I have been fortunate to have been on the forefront of the change that has taken place from how interwoven technology has become, to aligning with state-wide standards, to embracing the diversity of students and staff, to caring for our collective social-emotional health, to finding authentic ways for students and teachers to engage in the learning. 

At the core of all my work is how to empower students and teachers to take an active role in the teaching and learning. I believe that there are many paths to both acquire learning and show what has been learned. It is my hope to help make the path wider for each student, teacher, administrator, and district to best fulfill their vision and values through collective reflection, collaboration, and problem solving.

Experiences & Milestones

• Classroom teacher for 17 years at the secondary level (MAT in English Education)

• Co-founded and coordinate the Evolutions Program at Wellesley High School

• Administrator Licensure (M.Ed for 8-12 principal)

• Instructional Facilitator at the secondary level

• Run professional development for Project Based Learning

• Facilitated Evolv-Ed Summer retreat to bring together educators across districts to share and learn from each other

• Served on the PBL District Leadership team

• Served on District Strategic Planning Committee

• Served as union representative

• Served on NEASC Steering Committee and Visiting Committees
